My Insight Voice work is only for students already enrolled in private Inside Voice sessions with me.

In these vocal mining experiences which unfold over multiple sessions (some at my home, some in a studio), we'll work together to create an imaginative space where you can safely open your heart and give it the strength to face and excavate fears, trauma, insecurities, and obstacles that have been so internalized as to feel eternal. These monsters, once befriended, can become your most valuable companions in your journey to peel back the layers of story you've used to trap yourself and reveal the real limitations you're placing on your self-love and power.

We'll use singing, touching, reading (tarot), smelling (oils), sounding (tuning forks), drinking (tea & tinctures), breathing (holotropically), and talking to get you there.
